My subject line pretty much says it all, unfortunately because of accessibility issues I downloaded the wrong version of VMware fusion. Now that I'm stuck in the middle of the evaluation of this wrong version it appears that even though Aira has tried to assist me with this situation it appears that this is beyond their level of understanding my instructions.

While attempting to register and obtain a VMware player relicense. It says that my login information is not valid. I can certainly according to the website reset my password. But I'm stopped cold by a captcha! This is absolutely awful for those of us were blind and especially bad for those of us were deaf blind. The accessibility person or this company apparently is on this list. Can that person please contact me off list to find a solution to this issue. Meaning I'd like to use the community addition of VMware fusion, called VMware player. But it appears I'm going to need some help with obtaining that community use license key.

Please note that the text that I've dictated to the computer above this line, may have errors, and potential misspellings because of the additional disability. A written expression disorder. If there's something that you truly don't understand, please reach out to me and asked me what did I really mean? Thank you all in advance for reading this.

Sincerely,

Maurice Mines, Board Member
