the way I save attachments is when I’m in the email that has the attachment I hit vo-m for the menu bar and right arrow twice to “file.” then arrow down to where vo says: Save Attachments.” select it and tab down. I don’t remember how many times. it asks you where you want to save the attachment. I have mine set on downloads. when you get down to save, press vo-space and the attachment is saved in the designated folder. this assumes you’re using Apple mail.
