I’m trying to downgrade my iCloud storage from the 50 GB back to the free 5 GB. I’ve deleted all the data in excess of the five gig limit and I can select the 5 GB plan in iOS settings under manage iCloud storage, but I can’t complete the action because the done button is grayed out. It will let me upgrade Not downgrade. What gives with Apple. I know it’s only $.99 a month but come on. Why can I not downgrade. One thought, I deleted the excess data only a few minutes before trying to downgrade although the iPhone showed only 1.5 gig of the 50 gig used. I was wondering if there’s a lag time for the system to recognize that it’s OK to downgrade? Who knows? Just grabbing at straws.
