Hi, Although it is primarily used for audio editing, the Reaper program can be used for editing videos. I’ve had success trimming and making basic edits to screen recordings I’ve produced using the program to edit.

It might seem like this is using a really complex tool but you can focus on just the basics of setting markers, cutting and such.
