This isn’t obvious, but it’s System Settings -> Lock Screen -> Accessibility Options.

Subject: How to have VO speak at Login?

Hi all, For some reason, when I upgraded to Ventura, VO stopped speaking at login. I’d like to turn that feature back on, but can’t find where to do it. I’ve looked in System Settings under Accessibility and Users and Groups, but do not see an option to reactivate VO at login. Does anyone know how I can do this?
