Hello, The short answer from my experience is yes. The longer answer is that at least here I’ve had issues getting Windows to work here. The newest editions of VMWare have an option to download the ARM version of Windows from Microsoft, much like Parallels.
I can create my VMs but they never start correctly. I’ve tried the latest released version of VMWare and different technical previews they’ve made available over the past several months.
