Hello Eileen, this is Mike from Oklahoma. I’m currently riding Seeing AI on an SE3 iPhone. When I open up Seeing AI, I go to the more tab and product is the first thing on the list of options that you should have you can scroll up the list and find the other things like product Person currency things like that. If you have any questions, you are welcome to email me off list if you should wish. I know it has to be very frustrating. Not to be able to find the very thing that you need to use. I know reading those labels is very important with you being a diabetic. Anyway, hope this helps and hope you are able to find the product thing in Seeing AI.
