So this is going to be slightly off-topic for this list, but I feel like I’ve exhausted all options and have gotten nowhere. My Rog Ally X,, which I’ve had for a year and loved, suddenly rebooted into recovery mode a week ago, most likely due to an update rolling out that I’m asuming either was buggy, or didn’t install properly, and it’s now stuck there. So from everything I’ve read, this appears to be a software issue, and I need to reinstall Windows 11, which I thought would be as straight forward as copying the file to my external drive from my Mac, and installing it through the recovery mode via “select an option. However, I’m now finding out that isn’t the case, and it looks like I’d need to mount it on my Mac first, and unfortunately I’m not sure where to start with that. Could someone please give me some tips on how this is done?
