That depends. Not much has changed since it was first released so if you are really wanting to wait on an update, then perhaps not worry for a long time. But that being said, it has proven to be a stable release just like most previous Mac updates, and so unless you are concerned about it not working with a particular app, then you can update with no problems and the same with future Mac updates. I will say though the biggest thing which has not been fixed is Safari not always displaying sites, especially from links. This can usually be resolved by enabling and then disabling Reader mode. There are also some differences to the messages app if you use it, mainly they have flipped the conversation and message window's and the shortcut key to get to the unread filter is now Command Control U.
