Well, it appears that link did not work, but I did. a little research.
First, System Info is in the Applications folder.
When you open it up in the table select Power and then you can review lots 
of information about your battery. After the summary of descriptions of 
power saver modes, there is a charging region this will tell you about the 
connected charger and what wattage the computer is currently being charged 
at.

I also thought I had included a warning that overheated and damaged Lithium 
ION batteries can create fires that are extremely hot and hard to 
extinguish. There have been such fires caused by inexpensive no-name 
chargers, so be careful if you don't trust the company that made your 
charger.
