I've read several articles on how to do this, including someone asking
the same question on Applevis in 2015 and getting the same answer I
got--choose something called the Harvard format or style. I opened Pages
and went through every item in the document layout collection, but could
not find Harvard or any reference to it or outlines in general. What did
I miss?
