On Mac, hell no. Only minimal partial accessibility on any iOS device (some buttons not labeled, the back button invisible, tabs at the bottom invisible, etc). Not worth using. About the only way to have near full accessibility is to use their web interface via browser.
Also, the same blank content pane that you get in the full OS X app also happens inn windows too.
