Hi Courtney,

Have you tried either Audio Hijack or DVD Remaster? I think m4v's have to be 
converted to mp4s first but I'm not totally sure about that. I hope that helps. 
I think DVD Remaster will extract the audio. A podcast on it is forthcoming 
from me on my podcast site.
