Hello Theresa, Yes, I have the exact same issue on my MacBook Pro.
I have been experiencing it for the past 2 months or so. At first, I thought this was because I had a malfunctioning Right Arrow-Key but determined that this was not the cause of unintentional activation of Quick Nav. Thank you for raising this issue.
