Is this a file you're creating; or one you're coppying from one location to another. Assuming it's a file of your own creation, Just go to the file menu, and from there, choose save or save as... and then the standard file save dialog will appear. Pressing VO+right arrow will guide you through the dialog. Here's a tip. IF you check the "disclosure tryangle", you will be able to see all your drives. IF you navigate to Laura's Mac book pro, or Laura's mac or something like that, that's a little like the My Computer section in Windows. HTH.
