Blake,

This was one of the big adjustments I had to make when I switched.  One 
response suggested copying a paragraph to text edit to have a closer look.  
Another suggestion was to interact and read a word at a time.  If you don't 
need this close of a review you can try my method.  With quick nav on, I have 
used the shift key with the down arrow which  selects text a line at a time 
which also allows me to     listen to a particular line within a paragraph 
again  if I  don't need a close look.  It works pretty well for this purpose.
