Hi Marlaina,

I have enjoyed reading your views. I am in your camp I believe as I still use
the Braillino's note taking capability at work just because if I need to take
down dictation fast, I'm much quicker typing in Braille than I am at the
computer keyboard. I can type pretty quickly on the keyboard, but just not fast
enough sometimes. I think they both have a place. i don't think I'll ever be
without a Braille display probably a note taking device since I never know what
job requirements or future jobs might be available where I may need to use such
devices. I am however not a fan of the huge price literally we pay for access
technology. My hats off to Apple for the Mac and out of the box accessibility.
It was very emotional for me to have my Mac. I never in my lifetime thought I'd
see mainstream accessibility in a computer with a built-in screen reading
solution. I never thought I'd see a blind person being able to use a touch
screen cell phone either. The love of my life is sighted and he says I use the
Mac and Iphone faster than he does. Well, have a wonderful evening. I'm really
enjoying reading everyone's views on this topic. wish the Macbooks and Iphones
were around when I was in college :).

Musically,
Allison
