Yes, they will, but they will not appear in your in box, as long as you check 
the skip in box check box when you create your filter. It is important to 
remember that your all mail folder is not the same as your in box. GMail works 
quite a bit differently than the way most people are used to mail services 
working. Also, it is important to mention that everything I am saying is only 
relevant if you are using imap, which is the only way I access all of my mail 
accounts, unless I am logging into them directly via a web mail interface, or 
SAMNet, in the case of my System Access account.
