Nope. NiceCast will broadcast any audio from your Mac. However, it doesn't have awesome features like Station Playlist, like being able to talk with music over yourself without your screen reader coming through. Not to mention an awesome crossfader that kills iTunes crossfader. Note that you can talk over beds with NiceCast, if you were sighted and could use effects, but we can't do that now as blind people.
