I'm not a fan of lobbying through such organizations and bludgeoning people
into accessibility personally. I'd be open to the idea of a petition or
something. That would just raise the awareness level, and let them know how
many people are actually interested in the issue. there are lots of ways I can
get books. Chapters website is getting fairly good for mp3 cd's and I can
always put in an audiobookstand order. Plus there's books in motion and
audiobooks.com which have nowhere near a decent selection but aren't useless
either. Then there is my local library which fills a bit of the gap. It'd be
nice to access emusic, but since I have the option to take my dollars
elsewhere, I'd rather do that than force myself needlessly on a company that
really has no desire for my business. That's the beauty of democracy.

On the other hand, if they are just clueless and would be willing to work with
us once we raise our voices and they see how many of us there are, then we owe
it to them to at least try.
