I could read it fine, and will copy if others cannot.
apparently this feature is only available if the carrier offers it.
at&T does not on the personal level, its an extra $20.
Since the feature is already built into the new verizon phone, they must plan to offer it for free, its in the settings menu and can just be turned on or off.
Or so I gathered from a fast read lol.
