Hi All; Just a couple of quick reminders to let you know that posting anything about beta or prerelease software here on either VIPhone or MacVisionaries is not appropriate. Furthermore, to those who may not know, this is technically illegal and breaks NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) that Apple developers and beta testers must agree to when testing such software.
Please do not post change logs or any other such material (or links to such materials) from beta releases of an OS here on either of these lists. Obviously, you're more than welcome to discuss comments you come across on the web concerning an OS before its release, such as those found on legit review sites, however any specific bug reports or material which can only be found by way of access to a developer or beta copy of an OS is strictly forbidden here. So just don't do it! K? You're also more than welcome obviously, to discuss issues and bugs from a released version of an OS but as in the above, keep any specific info which can only be gotten through a beta or developer copy of said OS off both VIPhone and MacVisionaries… Thanks muchly! :) Now as for one-liners (posts with only one line or word in them) or such posts that really have no real Mac / Apple / iOS content in them, once again, just don't do it! :) This is email, not chat. Take the time to put together a note that is worth people's time who don't know you or may not have been following a thread. :) What I mean is explain yourself as if you're talking to someone who just came into the room where you are and hasn't been following what you've been saying or chatting about. This will greatly assist all the listers we have here on VIPhone and MacVisionaries. We're really lucky enough to be developing into quite the large and active communities here so just bare this in mind as you send along your comments to share. You're comments are really important and they are what make these lists great, so take just a couple of minutes to really make them understandable and helpful to as many people as you can.
