Hi, The 1Password application itself is totally accessible. There are, however, a couple of initial screens that only come up the first time you run the program that do not work with VoiceOver. One of them is asking about whether or not you want to use DropBox to sync passwords and I believe the other one is some sort of welcome screen. I have reported this issue to Agile Software and they said that they would fix the problem. In the meantime, if you can get someone sighted to help with those two screens, you will be in business with VoiceOver after the initial time.
