just sinc it from outlook express to the iPhone, then transfer it
You could also open address book, export the addresses as a CSV, then import them to addressbook on the mac.

Hey All,
A friend of mine is soon to be getting himself a macbook pro and I need to help him get his email and address book from outlook express on his windows box to mac mail and address book on the mac so if anyone can point me in the wright direction it would be much appreciated. He has an Iphone if that helps I was wondering if he imported his address book into outlook 2003 from outlook express and then synced it to his iphone and then synced it to mac mail if that maybe a way to get at least his address book across.
Regards Dean
