Good evening all, A friend of mine is having trouble with her Apple TV. When she goes to order a movie from the iTunes store in the "Top movies" section of Apple TV, she gets a message saying "downloading," and then it takes a solid 2 hours before the movie is ready to watch.
I've never had this problem -- once I order up a flick, it's ready to watch instantly. Has anyone else experience what my friend is experiencing, and if so, how can she fix the problem?
