Not necessarily. It might be a clever name if the application has no visual component, for like what the developer said: if you're tweeting at work and don't want anyone to see or something like that. To me, it doesn't matter what it's called. If it works, I'll try it. If I don't like it, I can always go back to Yorufukuru.
