Hi Zack, I have downloaded the installer and it ran automatically after the download finished. The problem is I'm not sure where the installer downloaded to either. I looked in the Applications folder but found nothing that would look like the Mac OS10 installer. I wanted to burn a DVD but looks like I'm going to have to download the installer again. My mac just restarted for the second time. It must be installed or close to it.
