It's gone.
Sorry, you would have to cancel the installation and grab the file before it 
self-destructs.
You need to download it again. Once the installation begins, Go to the finder 
and open your Applications folder. There, you will see a file called 
"InstallMacLion.app".
Make a copy of it somewhere else so you can keep it.
