Yes. I use it all the time. Chris Gilland has done an excellent tutorial on using it. There is a turn on features for voiceover button, but it has been a few months and I don't remember where it is. Probably in preferences. Perhaps someone else on the list can jog my memory. But I do use it to download files at least.
