Sadly there is nothing on the Mac currently that let's you edit MIDI events with VO. It is an area we are all hoping will add. My advice for now is write to accessibil...@apple.com requesting the feature to become accessible in GB and also visit www.apple.com/feedback and select GB, and provide feedback requesting access to MIDI events for VO users.
