Hi cody, ARD is accessible in most everything except when you are taking control of another's computer. You can install packages, copy apps and/or files, text chat, send Unix commands and a host of other things. The problem comes in when you are Observing or taking control of another computer. These functions are totally graphical, thus the APIs are not recognized between machines. Now, maybe there is some sort of way to circumvent this but I've not investigated it enough to make any informed comments. I've also never used it outside of a given subnet. That is, I can do everything I need to do with ARD within my site but if I try to connect to other computers within our organization that reside in another site and thus another subnet, then they are not visible to me. Again, there may be some sort of setting that will allow for that but I've not yet found it.
