Hi Donna, Greg is right about the calibration. And just as you have tried it, the constant listening method is a bit quirky as it seems as though the constant chatter of voice over while we use the computer can probably overwhelm the listening algorithms. So the best approach is really to keep a certain key as the command key. I've tried several times with the listen keyword method with different original names but it's a bit annoying to keep calling "amadeus" to "check the time" for example or other tasks. And some tasks could also be enhanced such as some form of automation coupled with applescript or automator workflows.
