> Hi guys,

I'm in a bit of a pickle. Somehow, I've managed to delete my EFI system
partition from within Windows 7, and now I can't boot from any of the volumes
on my hard disk, including the recovery partition. I currently don't have
access to another Mac, so Target Disk mode is out of the question at the
moment. I was thinking of using a Vinux disk to boot from, but that wouldn't
solve my problem because Vinux doesn't have Mac sound drivers. Is there a way
to recreate the EFI partition without completely erasing the drive and starting
from scratch? I really hope I haven't screwed up my partition map!

Regards,

Gavin
