Hi,

just reformat the drives as Mac extended journals and your pretty much good to 
go.  This is done via disk utility found in the utilities folder.  You can 
reach it by pressing Command shift U from the finder.  If there is stuff you 
wish to save, just copy and paste it to another drive, and put it back after 
you've reformatted.
