Wonder if you could use Soundfly which sends audio from one Mac to another. Never tried it but the description sounded good:

There is also Airfoil:

http://www.rogueamoeba.com/airfoil/mac/

I haven't found a screen sharing solution that does mouse/keyboard/video and audio but running the built-in sharing plus one of these apps might allow you to roll your own solution.
