Hello Shannon, Before setting up your rules, you must create your new mailboxes by going to the Mailbox menu and choosing New Mailbox.
Once that is done, open Mail Preferences (Command-Comma) and in the toolbar, select Rules. Click on Add Rule and work your way through the options. You might find it useful to clipboard the list name before creating the rule so that you don't have to worry about the spelling.
