Hi Shawn, Are the sync options in the Music tab for the iPhone different from the iPod Touch? I once a long time ago unintentionally switched over to "Sync only selected playlists, artists, etc" when none were checked in that window and had to re-sync the whole library. I'm pretty much drawing a blank here, sorry... :)
