Hi,

There really is no way to get around this but to use headphones when needing to use an automated system while on a call. Sure, you can take the phone from your face bringing the call on speaker phone but, Voiceover is way too low in my opinion for this to be practical. But, when using headphones, you will be able to hear Voiceover just fine and have access to the screen. Another thing you can do is not call *4 at all. You can download the sprint app and access the same information that way.

I've been trying to figure out how to use the keypad while I'm on a call, considering the fact that I'm on a shared plan with Sprint, and need to see how much time I've used apart from everyone else's, but of course, the screen locks immediately after I've placed my call, and I can't figure out what to do after that. I've tried everything from pressing the Home button, which takes me back and forth from the speaker phone, and backs me out of the phone app, to pressing the power button to simply unlock the screen, which ends the call completely. Is there a simpler way to do this? Are you looking for a free home based business that will also pay you a good income? Most likely, the answer is "yes," so if that is the case then come check out Tmi wireless!
