Go into Settings, General ,Accessibility, and the last option you will find is
setting Triple Click Home. Double tap this, by default VoiceOver is off. Swipe
once and you will Land on the option to VoiceOver Triple Click Home. Do a
single finger double tap to change the setting. Hit your Home Button to come
out of Settings and try hitting the Home Button three times. You should hear
"VoiceOver Off". Repeat the same action to turn VoiceOver back on. HDH.
