Well, I would say that the common denominator in your request is Skype. Top up 
online and call away!

For your iPHone, you could try Numbridge, check it out on the App Store here: 
http://tight.cc/ft
The app will use your cellphone and run on your existing local landline 
minutes, but will let you call internationally at rates that are usually lower 
than what Skype offers. The great advantage is that you do not need to be 
locked on a WiFi.

A special attention has been dedicated to make it VO friendly…

My company has developped this service and I will not pretend my recommendation
