If your list is very long or if you  have a large number of mail box folders, 
you may need to also add the shift key to these key combinations.  Remember 
that fn + VO + arrow keys will go to top and bottom of a list that is visible, 
where including the shift key will get you to the absolute top and bottom 
respectively.
