Hi Brianna, Only way i found so far is the following: Open the message of the sender you want to add to VIPs. Then interact with the Headerstext group (I don't know exactly how it's called in English cause I use Dutch, but I mean at the top of the message body). Then at the far most left interact with the Headertext and focus on the address hou want to add to VIPs and hit vo+shift+m for the quickmenu and select Add to VIP. that should do the trick.
