Hi all, I am writing this using dictation. Regarding the question about getting the date, I think there is some confusion. Dictation is not what is used for getting the answer to your question what is the time or what day is it you need to use speakable objects. For dictation, you will be double pressing your function key or some other key that you have assigned to begin dictation and then pressing the function key again only once or whatever key you have it assigned to be as your dictation to stop talking. For the speakable options, you will probably use the default escape key unless you have reassigned I found I needed to reassign the escape key for speakable options and used F10 as that was the one other seem to be using. When using F10 for escape or whatever other key you have assigned, what you need to do is, hold down the key down while you are speaking.
I am having lots of fun with this dictation and speakable options!
