I haven't done this but I doubt using the contextual menu from the desktop will get you what you want. I think you'll end up with a DVD that has a directory with one giant dmg file in it. I'm sure there are tutorials around but I suspect using Disk Utility from your utilities folder will get you further. Use it to load up the DMG file and then use it to "restore" that image to a volume of your choosing, which in this case would be the DVD burner.

4. down arrowed to urn to disk
5. hit vo space and all was done.

Do I now have a bootable ML disk?
