Hi all, I set up an activity to enable quicknav when I open Safari or Chrome, so when I switch to one of these apps quicknav is turned on and when I leave it is turned off. However, twice today (I set this up several days ago) I have cmd-tabbed away from Chrome only to hear my hard drive grind away, then hear vo say, "Voiceover on". I deduce that vo is crashing, but I am not sure why. Might it be my activity? Is there a log I can review and/or send to apple that would detail the problem? Thanks.
