Ah, but what about screen readers such as NVDA or System access to go? I figured that there might be some VO issues; but, if one could get NVDA running…oops, that would depend on windows API's too would it not? Same issue would crop up I reckon.

It looks like www.audible.com may be utterly unwilling to consider making their audible manager Mac compatible for activation of such third party players as Victor Reader Stream or APH book Port plus.
