Hi, If your account is a pop account, then go into Mail Prefs under the Accounts pane then select the Advanced tab. You can check the box accordingly and set when they should be deleted from the server, ie Immediately, after a week or a month. If these are iMap accounts, then those options are not available due to the nature of the iMap configuration.
