Hi, Right. But as I'm trying to explain, that is expected behavior. The term "out the box" pretty much means just that. Voiceover being enabled with a triple press of home only works when the device is being set up either, straight from the factory when you first get the device and open its box or, you restore your device to factory settings and are doing the set up again. If a sighted person sets up your device, and they do not use voiceover, voiceover can not be enabled by default with a triple press of home. You would then need to connect your phone to your computer and use iTunes to enable VO or, have a sighted person do it for you. Again, this is standard behavior.
