Provided you get a Magic Trackpad, you can. For instance, you can rotor, flick, use the two-finger reading gestures, or move around to explore the screen. Not all gestures match up, and screen exploration is based on what vo is interacting with at the time, but my brief exploration of the feature seemed to indicate that it does work well.
