Same here. I ran the Jaws installer a second time and did the repair option but no such luck. I guess the positive bit is that I had the same problem on a real Windows 7 32-bit box so the virtual machine is emulating that bug correctly :) I had Jaws 13 installed which I uninstalled on VMWare before installing 14. On the real desktop I even tried downloading the videointercept driver installer and running that as administrator, but that didn't work either. From what I can find in the forums others are also having issues with Jaws 14 and VMWare but I don't think it's just VMWare that's having issues.

Hello All.

I'm sorry for asking this on list but I'm not sure who else to ask.

I installed jaws 14 on my VMWare machine and it said that the mirror display
driver had not been installed properly and that I either restart the computer
or repair the instalation of jaws.

I did restart the virtual machine a couple of times but the message was still
there. In the end I removed it as I couldn't find the jaws repair instalation.
Does anyone know if it has gone or else to look please?

Kawal.
